Francis Caldwell
Aragon Land & Planning
Chartered Town Planning Consultant
I was born in Stockport in 1966, a great year for sport and we also won the World Cup. My parents gradually migrated south to Bedford and I went to a number of the finest education establishments in the town.
I went to university in Manchester and then to University College London where I completed a Master of Philosophy in Town Planning. My career began in Local Government and I have worked throughout England. I finally settled back in the Bedfordshire area when I worked for one of the UK's largest housebuilders.
I am the Managing Partner of a Town Planning and Land Company and work with a number of developers, individuals and strategic partners for both land finding and town planning. The company is expanding and growing all the time and has been established now for nearly 8 years.
I play county tennis for Bedfordshire and am involved in the administration of County Tennis. I have been active at all levels to encourage and support junior and adult participation in tennis.
I have been a Rotarian for nearly 6 years and I have previously been President. We have some terrific members and the club is very busy.
